Paul holds a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. He is a clinical dietitian in a rural hospital supporting a variety of patients. He also has a major role in supporting the nutrition requirements of COVID-19 patients. Paul helps athletes, active people, and weekend warriors achieve weight loss and performance goals by keeping nutrition simple and sustainable.
Raymond holds both a BS and MS in Nutrition & Dietetics. He has worked with special populations within the Department of Health as well as endurance athletes and general population. He is an endurance athlete himself and is currently training to take on the Spartan Ultra event. Taking complicated nutrition topics and breaking them down to make them easy for you to understand is his speciality. His coaching will lead you to enhance your performance with advice you can use today. Ray teaches busy adults like you how to look better, feel better, and perform better through a multiple-phase approach.
